Salary:£20,000 per annum (£30,000 OTE)

Our client is currently seeking a field sales executive to work based from their Bangor offices at a time of growth and expansion

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the achievment of a yearly sales target and will involve selling a wide range of programmes to clients that have specific needs and requirements. Products will be sold to the youth educational markets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the yearly expedition sales target and other targets a required
  • To report regular sales KPIs to the department Director and keep them informed of any concerns with the allocated target
  • To arrange and coordinate all meetings required to achieve tasks and targets which will include travelling to meet with clients and potential clients and participants
  • To actively promote the products and services of the company during meetings and networking events
  • To deliver UK wide parents evenings and assembly presentations for programmes throughout the year
  • Assist with the running and management of the operations room and crisi management system during the expedition period
  • To create and maintain up to date records, inputting data onto the CRM system and internal file management systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Must have previous experience of working within field sales
  • Proven experience of working to, meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines
  • You must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for daily use (business mileage is paid up to £250 per month)
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of independant travel to developing countries would be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Welsh would be desirable

Normal working week is 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, although flexibility would be required outside of these hours and you may be required to work some weekends when needed. UK wide travelling is essential.
